Know your DNA

Your genome is a 3-billion-letter manual. Let's read the relevant pages.

Every cell in your body carries the same genetic code. Small variants — single-letter differences called SNPs — change how you metabolize caffeine, absorb vitamin D, recover from exercise and age. DNA testing for wellness focuses on the variants with the strongest scientific evidence for everyday decisions.

What you'll learn

FAQ

Common questions

What is DNA testing for wellness?+

DNA testing for wellness analyzes specific regions of your genome to provide insights into how your body processes nutrients, responds to exercise, manages stress, and ages. It is informational and educational, not a medical diagnosis.

How is the sample collected?+

A simple, non-invasive saliva or buccal swab kit is shipped to your home. You collect the sample, seal it, and we arrange pickup. No needles, no clinic visit.

How long does it take to get results?+

Lab analysis and report generation typically take 3–4 weeks after we receive your sample. You then meet a genetic counselor to walk through the report.

Is my genetic data safe?+

Yes. Samples are processed at NABL-accredited partner labs, and your genetic data is stored encrypted. You can request deletion at any time.
